The user clicked the ‘create account’ option. This would direct the user to check his or her email for a confirmation link. This link would then return the user to his/her SBIR-EZ account page with the result that he/she wished to save. There would also be a way for the user to return to the search he/she started.** this flow needs further discussion and refinement.
